How can we compromise each other?

There's always controversy between each opposit groups. conservative versus progressive, democracy vs communism, neo-liberalism vs welfare socialism...
 When we think of or just be in the one side of that group we think our side has only the truth and other oppsition is just the thing we have to beat up. However when we step back of that situation and be neutral we can realize situation could be different from our side of view.

 Nowadays, I'm totally interested in this topic. "How can we compromise each other and move on together?"
